when i arrived in the airport, a light rain was falling, and the wind was blowing gently, bringing the good old fragrance: the smell of the sea. it was just like they welcomed me home. well, i'm home.
空港に着いた時に、小雨がばらつき、そよ風もそっと吹いて、懐かしい匂いを運んでくれた。海の匂い。まるでマイケルの帰りを迎えるように。ただいま。

so my fams are all genki ^^ (can't really find the word to replace this – lol). so i'm now living a peaceful life: eating, sleeping, talking with my fams, shopping, playing games, going out with my friends. one of the things that doesn't change is the internet speed we use here: still using the very-slow 56K modem. and also another thing that doesn't change is this heat! reallyreallyreally hot! it makes me sweating all day!
家族は全員元気です。今はとてもゆっくりっていうか、食べたり、寝たり、家族と話したり、買い物に行ったり、ゲームしたり、友達と遊んだりしています。変わらないものといえば、うちのインターネットの速度。相変わらず５６Ｋモデムを使っていて、とっても遅いです。また、変わらないものといえば、この暑さ！マジ暑～い！汗だらけだよ、マイケルは。

i also went to the lifegroup. in this island, we use some people's houses to do lifegroup. so, we're free to sing praises or to have a chat. one problem: i don't really know the songs they sing in the church nowadays (^^;) but it was fun! met with some good old friends, and shared a lot of things. it was really fun!
ライフグループも行ったりして。この島のライフグループに限って、場所は誰かの家でやるんだ。だから、賛美も会話も自由。そこで問題：このマイケルが、どうやら最近うちの教会で歌われる賛美が知らないという事実（^^;）でも、楽しかった！友達と出会えて、色々なこともシェアできて。本当に、楽しかった！

and on sat, one of my best friend fetched me, and when i realized, i was brought to the beach. some of my friends were playing soccer there, and when i realized, i was playing it with them already ...
今週の土曜日はちょっと変わった。親友のひとりに誘われて、気付いたら、ビーチに連れて行かれた。そこで、友達のみんながサッカーをやっている中です。そして、気付いたら、すでに自分も参加して・・

hold on a minute. for those of you who think that i'm not good on sports like football, you are all so meannnn...! - lol. well, in the end my team lost 2-1 BUT that one goal, it wasn't me, but it was created from my assist. so, you see now?!
ちょっと待って。マイケルはサッカーといったスポーツができないというあなた、失礼ですよ！（笑）まぁ、結局のところは２－１という自分のチームの負けなんだけど、だけど、その１つのゴールをアシストしたのがこのマイケル・サマだよ！ほら。

and then i realized, that while we were playing like crazy, we missed the sunset (>.<) after that me and my best friend went for a dinner. we had such a great time! 気付いたら、サッカーの熱狂に巻き込まれて、日が沈むのを見逃して・・（>.<）その後は親友と一緒にディナー。楽しくて楽しくて楽しかった！

the next day, just like what i have predicted before, some aches and pains on my legs – hehe. well, when you suddenly play soccer on the white sand that's what's going to happen next rite? ^^ the first sunday i spent in indonesia and i was late. sorry for that – lol. but yeah, today was quite unusual: they're singing some old songs i know so it was really good since i could sing along too. also, the guest speaker that spoke today was unbelievably funny! it's been awhile since i heard him speaking (well, it's been awhile too since i heard the message in my mother tongue) so i laughed a lot. today's message was taken from psalm 62. try to read it; it's a really nice one!
次の日は、予想通り、筋肉痛（苦笑）。だって、いきなり白い砂浜でサッカーをやるのが、青春すぎっていうか。インドネシアで初めての日曜日に教会に遅刻して来ました。は―い、ごめんなさい。でも、今日は珍しく、自分が知っている賛美が歌われてよかった。また、メッセージをする牧師さんがゲストスピーカーでチョー面白いです。マジで。久しぶりに母語で聞いていっぱい笑えた。今日のメッセージは詩篇６２。みんな、読んでみて。とてもいい詩篇なんだから。

on the evening my sis took me to the teens church, and it was a special valentine service. to create the air of romance, they only used red lights for the light, and put some candles around; really nice ^^ also they had white or pink for the dress code. before the sermon, there was a video clip made by some people there; a valentine drama. had so much fun!
夕方はまたティーンチャーチ（少年１３～１９歳のためのチャーチ）に妹に連れて行かれて、バレンタイン礼拝に参加。雰囲気作りでチャーチを赤い色のランプだけで照らされ、ろうそくを幾つか置いておかれ、とってもよかった。ドレスコードはホワイトかピンク。メッセージの前に、ビデオに録画された、みんなが作ったバレンタインドラマ。面白かったよ！
