last week i was really busy.
先週はめっちゃ忙しかった。

last monday, IN THAT ONE DAY ONLY, it took up my stamina for the whole week. when i returned home, i was exhausted. how come?! also recently there are things which are bugging my study - well, kinda. so i'm glad that last week is over. this week i have two class canceled, and i have my annual health check-up in tue!!! i'm kinda curious about my weight.
先週の月曜日に、たったその一日に、一週間分のスタミナを使ったような気がした。帰って来たら、死にそうだった。何でだろうね？最近は勉強の集中の邪魔っていうのも入って来たし（笑）まぁ、色々。先週無事に終わってよかった。今週はゆっくりできるかも。休講２個、そして火曜日に健康診断！！！やっぱ体重が一番気になるね＾＾

金曜日に泊まらせてくれたＪサマ、ありがとう＾＾　本当に、いい時間を過ごしたよぉ！ケーキおいしい！

btw, yesterday was a pretty busy day too in JLH church. i took up three new challenges.
そういえば、昨日はＪＬＨチャーチでも忙しかったね。その中で、３つの新たなチャレンジに挑戦した。

first is something i can't tell.
１つ目は、公表できないもの。
second is something i won't tell.
２つ目は、公表されないもの。
sorry guys, but secrets are secrets .. (^^;) - well, for someone out there, don't laugh! - lol.
すみませんね。秘密主義者のマイケルが・・（＾＾；）―誰かさん、絶対分かるでしょ？笑うな！ｗ
third is something i have told - uhm, if u're there in the afternoon, u know what i'm talking about right?
３つ目は、公表していたもの、っていうか、昼の礼拝に出たみんなは分かるでしょ？ｗ

yesterday was my first time doing "Announcements" in English^^
昨日は教会で英語の「お知らせ」デビュー＾＾

hey, even me, when i'm standing in front of people like that, i do get nervous. probably because of that, my tone became a bit higher (as said by some). also, since i have to do 4 announcements in 5 mins, i spoke pretty fast in English (as said by some others). but, it was pretty good (as said by most). well, i'm grateful enough i didn't make silly mistakes - lol. thanks for those who prayed and encouraged me!!!
いやぁ、自分だって人前にいると、人並みに緊張はする。とても緊張したせいか、声のトーンが普通よりちょっと高くなった（と言われます）。後、５分で４つのお知らせということで、早口の英語でしゃべった（そうです）。でも、とにかくよかった（らしいです）。まぁ、妙なとこですべってないだけでもう充分に感謝してます（笑）うん、祈ったり励ましたりしてくれたみんな、ありがとうぅ！！！

also, yesterday's message was awesome as always. in summary:
それに、昨日のメッセージはすっごくよかったです。まとめてみると、次の一言：

"And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to His purpose for them." - Rom. 8:28
「そして私たちは、神様を愛し、神様のご計画どおりに歩んでいるなら、自分の身に起こることはすべて、益となることを知っているのです。」 ―ローマ８：２８

if we really believe this, awesome things will absolutely happen. also, the prayer time in the last service was really great! couldn't stop the praises in my mouth. and i can finally feel relieved today, cool^^ God is really awesome!
本当に、これを信じると素晴らしい結果に結び付くに違いない。それに、最後の礼拝のお祈りもすごかった！この口には泊まらない賛美が溢れ出していた。ああぁ―今日は本当にほっと安堵のため息をつくことができてよかった＾＾神様最高！
