sorry for being late. i'll write the words of new year's card from Gekidan Hitori - a Japanese comedian.

　　　昨年は色々とご迷惑
　　　おかけしてすいませんでした
　　　ついでに今年の分も、、、
　　　本当にすいませんでした

to translate it literally it would mean something like this:

　　　last year i've caused a lot of troubles
　　　i'm really sorry
　　　also for next year . . .
　　　i'm really really sorry

・・・ってここで終わってたまるかぁー（笑）
... don't end it here - lol.

昨年は楽しかったです。みんなみんなみーんな、本当にありがとうございます！あなたたちは最高です！今年もヨロシクお願いします。
last year i had so much fun. lots of thanks to every and each one of you! you are all awesome! please take care of me this year too.
