人生に必要なことはみな、ノアの方舟から学びました。

注：日本語のほうは直訳ではなく、改めて意味のある訳にしました。

1. don't miss the boat.
方舟を逸しないで下さい。

2. remember that we are all in the same boat.
私たちが同じ方舟にいることを、常に覚えていて下さい。

3. plan ahead. it wasn't raining when Noah built the Ark.
計画を立てて下さい。ノアが方舟を建設した時に大雨は降りさえしませんでした。

4. stay fit. when you're 600 years old, God may ask you to do something really big.
からだを健康な状態に保って下さい。６００歳になった時に、神様があなたにとっても大きなお仕事を任せてくれるかもしれません。

5. don't listen to critics; just get on with the job that needs to be done.
批判を聞かないで、やるべきことをとにかくやっておいて下さい。

6. build your future on high ground.
確実なところであなたの将来を立てて下さい。

7. for safety's sake, travel in pairs.
念のため、ペアで人生の旅をして下さい。

8. speed isn't always an advantage. the snails were on board with the cheetahs.
スピードはいつだって有利になるとは限らない。所詮カタツムリはチータと同じ方舟にいました。

9. when you're stressed, float a while.
ストレスが溜まった時に、リフレッシュして楽しいことをやって下さい。

10. remember, the Ark was built by amateurs; the Titanic by professionals.
方舟はアマチュアが作ったに対して、タイタニック号はプロが作ったのです。どちらのほうが良かったのか、言うまでもありませんよね？

11. no matter the storm, when you are with God, there's always a rainbow waiting.
どんな荒れ狂う嵐でも、神様と共にいるのならば、向こうには必ず虹が待っています。

2006 Jul i became Name Tag Team's leader,
2006年7月にネームタグチームリーダーになって、
2006 Dec i became Name Tag - Resource Team's leader,
2006年12月にネームタグ・リソースチームリーダーになって、
2007 Jul i became Resource Team's Overseer (OS),
2007年7月にリソースチームオーバーシア（ＯＳ）になって、

and finally,
そして、

from today (oops, yesterday), i quit from being Resource OS.
本日（あ、昨日）をもって、リソースＯＳとして引退することにしました。

for Tomoyo who invited me to the team,

it was reallyreallyreally fun for 2 years.
楽しい楽しい楽しい２年間でした。

i met a lot of people, i learnt about team management, i was encouraged many times, i could see the growth in members, i could hear great testimonies, i could experience serving in United, i did all what i could, i did all what i wanted, the OSs replacing me were ready, i passed the baton already, and i had lots of God's love and grace through this team, so yeah, IT IS FINISHED. a bit lonely but no regret (i hope - lol).
多くの人と出会えたし、チーム管理をも学べたし、いっぱい励まされたし、メンバーの成長も見れたし、メンバーの素晴らしい証しも聞けたし、ユナイテッドの奉仕も体験できたし、やれることもやったし、やりたいことも（思いっきりｗ）やったし、代わりのＯＳも準備できたし、我がバトンも渡したし、神様の愛と恵もこのチームを通していっぱい受け取ったし、もうね、『叶った』です。ちょっと淋しいけど、後悔はしない（かな？笑）。

after all, leadership is not something to be kept, it's something to be passed down.
だって、リーダーシップって、ずっと持ち続けることではなく、受け継がれることなんだもん。

from now on, Resource will be led by awesome double OS Marii & Mimo, so people who have anything to do with Resource please contact them.
これからのリソースは、超素晴らしいダブルＯＳのＭａｒｉｉ＆Ｍｉｍｏが受け継いでくれるので、リソースに用のある方はおふたりのほうに行ってください。

"There are different ways to serve but the same Lord to serve. And there are different ways that God works through people but the same God. GOD WORKS IN ALL OF US IN EVERYTHING WE DO."
