Ps. 51:10-12
Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation
and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.
詩篇51:10-12
神よ、わたしのために清い心をつくり、わたしのうちに新しい、正しい霊を与えてください。わたしをみ前から捨てないでください。あなたの聖なる霊をわたしから取らないでください。あなたの救の喜びをわたしに返し、自由の霊をもって、わたしをささえてください。

verse 10 contains two verbs: "create" and "renew". "create" means to make something new from what was not before, while in the other hand, "renew" talks about a situation in the past. this is emphasized also in verse 12 by the verb "restore".
１０節には２つのことが書かれています：「清い心をつくる」と「新しい、正しい霊を与える」。「つくる」とは、ないものを創造することに対して、「新しい、正しい霊を与える」ことは、過去にあった正しい霊をもう一度与えること、つまり、過去の状態に戻すこと。もっと分かりやすいのが１２節で、「返す」という単語は過去の状態について語っています。

there are times when God needs to restore us to our previous conditions before we can move further. it talks about a lot of things: our passion, our faith, our joy, our relationships, our finance, etc. there are many examples in the Bible but probably the most famous one is Job.
私たちがもっと成長できる前には、神様は私たちを元の状態に戻す必要が時にはあります。何を戻すかというと、みんなの情熱、もしくは信仰、喜び、人間関係、ファイナンスなどです。聖書には例がたくさんあるけど、その中で一番有名なのはヨブだと思います。

Job 42:10
After Job had prayed for his friends, the LORD made him prosperous again and gave him twice as much as he had before.
ヨブ42:10
ヨブが友人のために祈ると、神様は彼を、元どおりの裕福で幸せな人間になさいました。 それどころか、前の二倍の物を与えたのです！

in order to bless Job even more, God made Job prosperous "again" and "as he had before" (that's a past condition). then God took him even more: double portion of blessings!
ヨブを更に祝福するためには、神様はヨブを元どおりに戻す必要がある。過去の状態に戻してから、二倍の祝福が与えられるんだ！

God wants to give the same to you.
神様がみんなにしたいことも同じだ。

take a look at your life, what are the things from the past that have been blocking you from moving forward? God wants to restore them; God wants you to go forward to the past. only by doing that can He takes you from what once was to what never has!
みんなの人生を考えてみてください。みんなの成長を妨げた過去からのものは何ですか？神様は、みんなを元どおりに戻し、みんなが過去へ進んでいって欲しいだと思っています。過去へ進んでこそ、みんなが見たこともない道へ導かれるんだ！

one of the things He wants to restore is a youthful spirit.
元どおりに戻したいその一つが、若々しい魂だ。

take a look at Moses and David.
モーゼとダビデを見れば分かると思います。

Deuteronomy 34:7
Moses was a hundred and twenty years old when he died, yet his eyes were not weak nor his strength gone.
申命記34:7
モーセは百二十歳の高齢で死んだのに、まだ視力は完全で、体力も若者のようでした。

1 Chronicles 29:28
(David) died at a good old age, having enjoyed long life, wealth and honor. His son Solomon succeeded him as king.
歴代誌上29:28
（ダビデ）は高齢に達し、年も富も誉も満ち足りて死んだ。その子ソロモンが彼に代って王となった。

Moses is 120 years old, and he didn't need to wear glasses! and David, he died at a good old age - not just an old age. this is a youthful spirit even in old guys!
モーゼは120歳なのに、メガネをかける必要がないってすごくね？！ダビデは、満ち足りた年で死んだってさ、英訳「good old age」、つまり最高に満ち足りた年だと書いてある。これこそ年老いた人の中の若々しい魂だ！

there are many people who have an old spirit even though they're young - people who feels like 120-year old when they're just 20. God wants to restore this youthful spirit to our lives!
若いのに、年老いた魂をもって生きる人、すなわち120歳のように生きる20歳の人はたくさんいます。神様はこの若々しい魂を私たちの人生にもう一度与えたいと思っています！

Psalm 29:6
He makes Lebanon skip like a calf, Sirion like a young wild ox.
詩篇29:6
また、レバノン山とシルヨン山を揺り動かし、子牛のように跳びはねさせます。

God makes big mountains skip! can you believe that? God wants to give this kind of youthful spirit to our lives - which will make us more passionate and more energized to serve Him!
信じられるか？神様は山を子牛のように跳びはねさせることができるんだよ！このような若々しい魂が私たちの人生にあれば、神様に仕える情熱やエネルギーが今まで以上に湧いてくるでしょう。
