three church leaders testified and gave some good points about being real men, and here is what i got.
３人のチャーチリーダーが証しをし、真の男について幾つかのいいポイントを分かち合ってくれた。これは自分が得たものです。

NOBORU - のぼる

1 Samuel 18:7-8
As they danced, they sang:　"Saul has slain his thousands, and David his tens of thousands."　Saul was very angry; this refrain galled him.
第１サムエル１８：７－８
ところが、女たちが歌ったのはこんな歌でした。「サウルは千人を殺し、ダビデは一万人を殺した！」これを聞いて、王が腹を立たないはずはありません。

who's the king here? Saul was. David didn't even try to rebel here. he should be proud that he had a great general. but the problem was Saul based his confidence on people's praise. he thought that his values lies within others. he wanted to be approved by other to get his values, but that's not the way it should be.
王様は誰だったか？サウルだ。ダビデは王を裏切ろうなんて思っていなかった。サウルは、素晴らしい将軍を持つことを誇りに思ったはずだが、問題はサウルの自信が人の賞賛に基づいたものだ。彼は自分の価値が他の人にあるんだと思っていた。彼は自分の存在の意味を証明するために人に認めて欲しいが、それは正しくないです。

the problem is not the lack of confidence, but where do you get it.
自信がないのが問題ではなく、どこから得るかが問題です。

we need to know that everyone is chosen by God, thus we have our values in Him - not in other people. by having confidence as His children, we won't be looking for praise from other people. God wants us to base our confidence in Him.
みんなは神様によって選ばれたということを知る必要がある。わたしたちの価値は他の人ではなく、神様にあるんだ。神様の子供としての自信があれば、他の人からの賞賛を求めようとしなくなるのです。神様は、わたしたちの自信が神様に基づくものであって欲しいんだ。

DANCHAN - ダンちゃん

1. God made me a man, and that's what God has chosen.
神様はわたしを男性として造られていた。それは神様が選んだことだ。

never ever feel sorry being born as a man! that's one of the best thing that can happen to you (sorry girls - lol), and God has a wonderful reason to do that so be grateful that God has chosen you as a man!
決して、男性として生まれたことを公開してはアカン！男性として生まれたことは人生の中でベストなことのひとつでもあり、また神様はそう選んでくれたのは素晴らしい理由があるので、神様に感謝を捧げましょう！

2. i don't have to fit the world's manhood.
この世による成人の定義に従わなくたっていい。

this world has different standards like explained in the first session. but the truth is, we don't have to like cars or Gundam to be cool; we don't have to have big muscles to be great men. we just need to fit in the Bible's manhood.
セッション１で説明したように、この世は違う基準を持っています。でも実は、私たちはカッコよくなるには車やガンダムを好む必要がないし、いい男になるにはすげー筋肉を持つ必要もない。ただ、聖書の基準に従えればいいんだ。

3. God calls men to lead.
神様は男性をリーダーとして選ばれたのだ。

it doesn't matter whether we wants to be leaders or not. it doesn't matter whether we are now leaders or not. God set men as leaders in Genesis. we are called to lead by God, and we will lead - whether it's leading ourselves, our friends or our family.
わたしたちがリーダーになりたいかどうか、わたしたちが今リーダーであるかどうか、関係ありません。創世記で神様は男性をリーダーとして決めたわけです。神様はわたしたちをリーダーとして選ばれ、そしてわたしたちは、いつかリードするのだ。それが自分をリードするか、友達をリードするか、または家族をリードするか、いずれにせよリーダーになる！

4. men need to be obedient to God.
神様に対して忠実でなければいけない。

ALEX - アレックス

Mark 11:12-14
The next day as they were leaving Bethany, Jesus was hungry. Seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf, he went to find out if it had any fruit. When he reached it, he found nothing but leaves, because it was not the season for figs. Then he said to the tree, "May no one ever eat fruit from you again." And his disciples heard him say it.
マルコ１１：１２－１４
翌朝、ベタニヤを出たイエスは、途中で空腹になられました。ふと見ると、少し離れた所に、葉の茂ったいちじくの木があります。近づいて、実がなっているかどうかごらんになりました。ところが、その木は葉ばかりでした。まだ実のなる季節ではなかったからです。それでイエスは、その木に向かって、「二度と実をつけることがないように」と言われました。弟子たちはこのことばを心にとめていました。

this fig tree talks about people who was supposed to bear fruits, but they give excuses why they don't: "it's not the right time" or "others don't so i don't". we need to stop making excuses over our life. know that the time is NOW, and God wants us to grow and bear fruit NOW. do not let others stop you from bearing good fruits in your life!
このいちくじの木は、実のなったはずなのに、実がなっていない人について話しています。彼らの言い訳は、「まだその時期ではない」と、「他の人はそうしないから自分もしない」。でも、わたしたちはこんな言い訳をやめなければいけない！その時期というのは今こそだ。神様は今こそわたしたちが成長して実って欲しいんだ。また、他の人によって実がなることを妨げないように気をつけよう！

stop making excuses and grow as a real man!
言い訳するのをやめて、真の男として成長しよー！
